Cheese Fondue,,This probably was the best AND the easiest Fondue I have ever made! We have our traditional fondue dinner every new years eve and I was looking for a new recipe to try. This sounded pretty easy so I tried it! I didn’t use the Kirsch since I didn’t have it and I didn’t substitute anything for it either and it was delicious! I hadn’t ever thought of making it right in my fondue pot (why I don’t know?) and that was great! I have a cuisinart electic pot and it was fabulous to not have the extra pot to wash! I served with steamed broccoli, brussel sprouts, potatoes, carrots, fresh mushrooms, rosemary bread, and apples. A wonderful way to spend time with my family ushering in the new year! Thanks for my new go to fondue recipe! I like that it has just a few ingredients. Thanks again!,This was great. Not too ‘swissy’, since I’m not a huge Swiss cheeses fan. DH and 7-year-old loved it, too!
