    Slice the Cheese Into 2-Inch Chunks. Carefully Layer the Cheese in a Clean Jar or Glass Bowl, Adding the Thyme Sprigs, Rosemary Sprigs, Bay Leaf, Garlic and Peppercorns as You Go.
