Cut Cabbage Into Quarters and Boil in a Pot of Salted Water Until Tender. Drain, Reserving 3/4 Cup Cooking Liquid. |

Melt 3 Tbsp Butter to a Skillet and Add Flour. Blend For About a Minute, or Until It Forms a Paste. Pour in the Evaporated Milk and Cabbage Broth. Slowly Cook Over Medium Heat, Whisking Until a Sauce Is Formed. Add More Flour to Thicken If Necessary. |
