Cheese Quesadillas, Easy and delicious, Very easy to make used another cook’s idea to use green chiles in place of the green pepper I also did not fold the tortilla but used two torilla I had white sharp cheddar cheese and monteray jack on hand so used that There is only my husband and I and this was a good way to use up left over tortillas from a previous meal , Love this recipe!!! I have had a horrible week at work and wasn’t in the mood to cook but ya gotta feed the family The ingredients are things that I keep around all the time so we had a very yummy no-fuss dinner used chopped green chiles instead of bell pepper I served with chili beans and rice We were very happy Thanks
