Cheese Rice Casserole, This is a really good dish, can be used as a side dish or add a salad and eat as a light lunch!, This was not an explosion of flavor as I often like things to be But it was nice and creamy comfort food It was rice and cheese I think that it needs more salt and could possibly benefit from some more vegetables added in But it was a nice plain side dish , Texture was very light and soft I found the overall flavor a bit on the bland side and would recommend a cheese or cream sauce to top this culinary delight
