Cheese Tea Biscuits

Features:
    Cuisine:

These were delicious. Made last minute to go with a beef stew & you'd think it took me a couple of hours to put together. 10 mins at most. Light & fluffy. I did put wax paper on the cookie cheese to protect them from over Browning. (No parchment paper) The recipe is everything it says it is.

Cheese Tea Biscuits, Very addictive and wonderful served warm Cheese can be omitted for traditional tea biscuits!, These were delicious Made last minute to go with a beef stew & you’d think it took me a couple of hours to put together 10 mins at most Light & fluffy I did put wax paper on the cookie cheese to protect them from over Browning (No parchment paper) The recipe is everything it says it is , Made a batch of these a few weeks ago They turned out so deliciously cheesy and flakey that I made 2 batches today Great with soups, stews and chowders Made my biscuits using butter instead of shortening and I also used a larger biscuit cutter to make slightly larger biscuits Using my cutter I usually get 12-13 biscuits They are so good
