Cheese Tea Biscuits, Very addictive and wonderful served warm Cheese can be omitted for traditional tea biscuits!, These were delicious Made last minute to go with a beef stew & you’d think it took me a couple of hours to put together 10 mins at most Light & fluffy I did put wax paper on the cookie cheese to protect them from over Browning (No parchment paper) The recipe is everything it says it is , Made a batch of these a few weeks ago They turned out so deliciously cheesy and flakey that I made 2 batches today Great with soups, stews and chowders Made my biscuits using butter instead of shortening and I also used a larger biscuit cutter to make slightly larger biscuits Using my cutter I usually get 12-13 biscuits They are so good
