    Super easy cheesecake recipe to follow. I did however forget to bring the cream cheese to room temp before creaming it together for the first batch of cheesecake bites. I did it to the second batch and could tell a major difference in the texture of the cheesecake filling. The room temp cream cheese was much smoother. So don't forget to bring cream cheese to room temp before creaming it with the other ingredients. Other than that great recipe. I will try this one again. Thanks

    Place One Piece of Cookie Dough in Each Muffin Cup.

    Bake For 10 to 12 Minutes, or Until Cookie Has Spread to Edge of Cup.

    Beat Cream Cheese, Sweetened Condensed Milk, Egg and Vanilla Extract in a Medium Bowl Until Smooth.

    Pour About 3 Tablespoons Cream Cheese Mixture Over Each Cookie in Cup.
