Carefully Roll, I Found Muenster Cheese Is Easiest to Roll, If You Heat the Havarti For About 10 Seconds in a Microwave, It Rolls Without Breaking. If Necessary Use Tooth Picks or Just Lay on Plate With Opening Down. We Love the Flavour of the Muenster With the Asparagus and Used Both Cheese With Jalapeno. Lots of Flavour! They Can Be Cut in Half, Put the Asparagus Tops on Opposite Ends.
