The Dawn’s Hash Brown Casserole, This dish from my friend Dawn is great at breakfast, brunch, or dinner Pairs excellent with ham, eggs benedict, or pretty much any standard breakfast food I usually add more onion as a personal preference , I make this once a month and take it to our American Legion when I cook breakfast for our community It always gets compliments Doubles well, too , OMG, Scott, are you serious? This is one of the best hash brown casseroles! I didn’t have any cr of ckn soup, but did have a cr of potato, so used that Served this with my Eggs Benedicto, but should have gone with my first thought of just scrambled eggs! Next time, the butter gets cut way down, but don’t want to change the taste entirely!LoL Made for PAC Fall 2009
