Heat Butter in a Frying Pan and Cook Onion Garlic & Bacon For 5 Minutes Until Golden. |

Transfer to a Bowl. Add 3/4 of Cheese Plus Parsley, Stir to Combine. |

Scatter Mixture Over Bread and Push Down Into Cuts. |
