Cheesy Mini Corn Muffins,Another recipe I found at the fair. I took a guess on the yield. I hope I am close.,Can you freeze these and reheat them without losing taste/texture? I need to do a few batches to be served with chili at a cookoff…,These are so good and addicting! Made 200 of them for a reunion we had and everyone loved them. Made with sour cream as had no yogurt, but made with yogurt first time….both wonderful. Thanks for sharing

Preheat Oven to 325f. |

Mix Yogurt and Oil in a Mixing Bowl. Add Eggs, Sugar and Mix. Add Corn, Cheese, Flour, Corn Meal, Baking Powder and Salt. |
