Cheesy Pepper Muffins Mix – Gift in a Jar,What could be better than a gift from your kitchen? This year I am planning to do a bunch of those ‘Gifts in a Jar” recipes for the holiday season! This one is terrific!,Nearly 15 years ago, I gave this recipe as gifts to many co-workers along with a bean soup in a jar — layers of 10 different dried beans, peas and lentils. I called it New Years Day bean soup to be made with V-8 juice on New Year’s Day! I loved giving this muffin mix and keeping some for myself. A great gift and a TERRIFIC muffin. Not only is it good in a jar, but it’s fun to do in a non-zip plastic bag and put in a largish chinese box — like the kind you get for chinese takeout. Enjoy! You’ll love it. And the buttermilk powder comes in handy for other recipes too!,What could be better than a gift from your kitchen?
