Cheesy Shrimp & Grits Casserole,Delightful addition to a beautiful brunch or perhaps a light supper with a salad. From Southern Living,Absolutely delicious!,Here’s my finished Cheesy Shrimp & Grits casserole. I followed the recipe almost exactly. However, like many of the reviewers, I couldn’t find grits that were not instant. After a bit o f research, I chose to go with regular yellow corn meal. It worked perfectly! also, used raw, thawed shrimp. As some of the reviewers did, I also added bacon, and freshly snipped chives from my garden. Big success!
