1 tablespoon cumin

2 - 3 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
2 cups shredded monterey jack cheese

Southwest Chicken Enchilada Dip, I adapted several recipes to come to this one I made it for a recent get together and everyone enjoyed it You can use canned chicken in a pinch Add the whole can of jalepenos if you like it spicy , Yummy! Mix All Ingredients Together in a Mixing Bowl Until Well Blended.

Transfer the Mixture to a Lightly Greased/Sprayed Baking Dish.

Bake Uncovered at 350 Degrees For 30 Minutes, or Until the Edges Are Lightly Golden Brown.

Serve With Tortilla Chips.
