Spinach Cheese Phyllo Appetizers, These are fantastic and not as scary (using the phyllo) as one might think They make a very elegant appetizer; not to mention tasty From Kraft , The recipe turned out better than expected however I did add two small cloves of garlic, and used fresh red bell pepper (cubed) Since this was my first time using phyllo I was dissappointed that there were not better instructions on how to wrap the darn things Unfortunatley, I had pictured creating individual wraps and so as I began spooning little mounds onto the dough I was quite confused as to where the triangle should form 15 lopsided, square, round, and oblong shapes later they still tasted good 🙂 As for the aesthetics next time, I’m watching video!
