1 lb of jimmy dean breakfast sausage
3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons flour
1 1/2 cups milk (use almond milk)
1 1/2 cups broth (i like homemade, whatever you have)
1/3 of 1 lb container velveeta cheese (rectangular box)
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (or any cheese you prefer)
2 teaspoons parsley
1 teaspoon seasoning salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon cayenne

    Defrost If Needed, Then Brown Up the Jimmy Dean Sausage. When Browned, Scoop the Sausage Over the Tots and Cheese.

    Next, in Frying Pan, Add the Butter. When Melted, Add the Flour, Combine. Pour in Milk and Broth. Use Whisk to Combine the Butter/Flour and Milk/Broth. Add Seasonings. Let Thicken a Bit, Then Add Velveeta, Stir Until Melted. Voila, Cheese Sauce!

    Carefully Pour Cheese Sauce Over the Tots and Sausage. Top With Remaining Shredded Cheese.
