    Scrub the Potatoes, Poke a Few Times With a Fork, and Put Into a 450 Degree Oven Directly on the Rack. Bake Until Tender, 45 Minutes to an Hour.

    When the Potatoes Are Done and Are Cool Enough to Handle, Cut Them in Half Lengthwise and Scoop Out the Flesh Into the Bowl of Cheese and Salsa. Mix Well. Put Shells on a Baking Sheet. Spoon the Cheese Mixture Into the Potato Shells and Return Them to the Oven For 15 or 20 Minutes, Until They Are Brown and Crusty.
