Chess Cake,I worked in the cafeteria at college and they had the best cake. This is one of my favorites.,I made this today, but tweaked the recipe a bit. Instead of margarine used butter. Instead of yellow cake mix, used a lemon cake mix. Then, I added a bit of lemon zest to the cream cheese mixture. I don’t mean to brag, but Oh My Gawd!! ??,the best taste but a lot of calories but who cares when you taste it you will want more
