Soft Ginger Cookies, I like this recipe because I like ginger cookies but I do not like the hardness of gingersnaps , Sorry If I sound dumb, but yous being in the USA, and me being in the UK, theres a few things i dont get, shape into 1 balls , ok got that, this is the bit i dont get, Roll in i table spoon of sugar? what exactly does that mean, how do you roll in sugar when you have already made the 1 balls :0(
