Chicken Almond Casserole, This is a recipe given to me by my mom I’m not sure if this is one of her creations or not, but it’s wonderful Hope you enjoy , This was good, but revised it by adding: a can of drained water chestnuts, 1/2 cup sour cream & sprinkled cheese on the top — when baked, sprinkled paprika on top , This dish was a big hit with my family I added a small bottle of sliced mushrooms and topped it with crushed Ritz crackers (no butter) and served it with rice and a tossed salad It was quick and easy to prepare, and I will definitely serve this again!
