    Chicken and Rice Bake, This is one of those easy casseroles to make on busy weeknights. The French Fried onions give it such a nice flavor., Though good, there was way too much rice and the chicken was dry., This was a good base. I changed a bit using what I had on hand. used cream of chicken soup, about 1 1/2 cups frozen veggies, 1 real onion & a couple cloves of garlic. I didn’t have any mushrooms to throw in or cream of mushroom soup, but I didn’t miss it. Turned out to be delicious!

    In 3 Quart Baking Dish, Combine First 4 Ingredients and Can Onions. Arrange Chicken on Top and Sprinkle With Spices. Bake at 375 For One Hour. Top With Remaining Onions. Bake 3 More Minutes or Until Onions Are Brown.
