    Chicken Breast Lombardy, Chicken doesn’t get better than this., Recipe is perfect! Great with mashed potatoes. I didn’t have marsala wine, so used some sauvignon blanc I had open. Both kids and husband devoured it.

    Place Chicken Between 2 Sheets Wax Paper.

    Flatten to 1/4 Inch Thickness Using a Meat Mallet or Rolling Pin.
