Chicken Breasts in Sour Cream With Mushrooms,Wow is this ever good! I had some friends over for dinner and they loved it so much they wanted the recipe.,I found this recipe in my mothers recipe box! My question is…do I cover with foil or lid while baking for the hour and a half?,My grandmother taught me how to make this over 50 years ago and I continued to use it for years, only difference was using white wine instead of sherry. Was great for company as one didn’t need to be in the kitchen so much – it’s so easy – and it always received rave reviews.
