Chicken, Broccoli and Rice Casserole, This recipe was passed to me by my sister., Love this recipe!! we added some dressing for the topping and that turned out wonderful!!, I made delicious casserole this evening and everyone raved about it! I did increase the soup, Velveeta, and cheddar cheese. I also added garlic powder and onion powder to enhance the fresh garlic and onion flavor. Like another reviewer, I added some milk for a less thick consistency. This is a wonderful base recipe that I look forward to making again and again.
