It is pretty much the way I make my red sauce anyway; the red wine gives it such a rich flavor. We had our daughter and SIL over for this, and they are on some weird KETO thing, so they ate theirs over spinach salad. huh?!? But hubby and I had ours over Cheesy Polenta, and it was fabulous! used chicken thighs, a nice Shiraz, more garlic, and the kids put cheese on theirs, but it was not necessary for us! The meat was very tender and moist. This is a keeper! Thanks, Lauralie . I wish I had a picture, but it was dished up so fast and I forgot!, This is really delicious! My picture isn’t all that great, and doesn’t do this recipe justice. This dish is really easy to prepare, and all the classic Italian ingredients contribute well to the dish’s overall flavor base.
