Directions
Chicken Cordon Bleu over Rice,,It was only ok. Too much chicken compared to ham. Too much breadcrumbs.,We liked this. I subbed in swiss cheese and I just realized I forgot the breadcrumbs. The sauce was a little soupier than I would have liked but it was still a hit, served over rice.
