    Chicken Cordon Blue Panini, I love panini’s and this one sounds great From Every Day with Rachael Ray June/July 2008 A panini is a supertasty sammie because it’s crunchy on the outside and soft and warm on the inside If you’re not a blue cheese fan, use your favorite cheese instead , This is a great tasting sandwich used Cheddar, as the fridge was devoid of blue cheese, but I’m looking forward to trying it with it A really filling and delicious sandwich-thanks Shelby Jo!, I love Cordon Blue and this was great I don’t have a panini maker but now I have a reason to get one used a small cast iron skillet to weigh it down

    Preheat Panini Press. Place the Roll Bottoms on a Work Surface and Top With the Chicken and Ham.

    in a Small Bowl, Mix Cheese and Ranch Dressing and Spread on the Cut Side of the Roll Tops. Cover the Sandwiches With Roll Tops and Place in the Panini Press. Cook For 3-4 Minutes.
