Chicken & Handmade Noodle Soup,This sure beats the old Campbells can of chicken noodle soup. You can adjust the amount of water you start with to make it more or less soupy. Just a cup either way makes a pretty big difference. If you haven’t had chicken noodle over the mashed potatoes, trust me it’s great. I like mashed potatoes with the peels, but in this recipe it’s better without. Enjoy!,I have never made homemade pasta before and I must say, I may never go back to buying store bought. I expected the noodles to be a soggy mushy mess, but this soup is way better than any other recipe I have ever used. I made my own broth with chicken breast and all of the other ingredients listed, I added celery and carrots just to add flavor to the broth and because its soup; use whatever veggies are going bad (that’s what gma always said). I am amazed how much better homemade noodles are in soup!!! Thank you for the easy to follow recipe. All I have is King Arthur flour and it was perfect (highly recommend). Roll it thin and slice them with the pizza roller, I even sliced them more like an 1/8-1/4″ and they are fairly thick. Soooooo good I’m going to make myself sick eating so much! :),With a winter storm approaching, I set out to find a comfort dinner to warm the family, and this is what I chose. It was simple and delicious. As the snow was falling the family sat down and enjoyed this. Thank You!
