Directions
Chicken in Balsamic Barbecue Sauce, I found this recipe on-line while looking for South African recipes and it stated: “adapted from South African Gourmet Food and Wine by Rosen & Loon”, This was excellent! My Dad and his wife were visiting and I made this dish. Was a complete hit and I’ll make it again! We had it with plain rice and a Moroccan spice baby carrot side and all I got was “home run” comments. Love it., Excellent chicken…made for ZWT and so glad I did. Thanks for posting it.Just made this again 3/13 and it is still soo tasty! Great maridade.

Combine All Ingredients Except Chicken. |

Marinate Chicken in Half the Sauce For 3 Hours or Overnight. |

Put Remaining Marinade Aside. |

Remove Chicken from Marinade, Place Chicken in Foil-Lined Pan and Broil Until Nicely Browned About 10- 20 Minutes Per Sidedepending on the Size, or Grill on the Bbq. |
