Chicken in Corn Flakes, A very easy to make chicken recipe and it has a great taste and is nice and crunchy., You folks should definitely try it with FROSTED FLAKES instead of Cornflakes. Your Welcome!, This is a recipe from my childhood, minus the sesame seeds. I have always loved it, but feel guilty about the use of mayo – even though Id honestly eat it by the spoonful. Gross – I know! Ive read a couple of reviews and see that someone else has used Greek yogurt – what an amazing suggestion! I cant wait to try it. I did add a little more salt to this recipe and used chicken thighs instead, just because we prefer them overall. Thanks for the trip down memory lane!
