2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons butter
1 leek
2 garlic cloves
1 tablespoon parsley
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 bay leaf
salt
fresh ground pepper
1/3 cup dry white wine
1/3 cup dry sherry
1/3 cup milk
