Directions
Chicken & Long Grain Rice,This is one of those dishes that you might find making over and over again. There is so much you can add to this and it still taste great.,I omitted the onions but added some celery which I slightly sauted prior to adding the chicken. I also added 1 small can of mushrooms just prior to putting everything in the baking dish. Baked at 350 for one hour. Delish!,We thought this was a good simple, basic comfy casserole. Instructions didn’t say whether to cover. I did and it turned out fine.
