    Chicken Mashed Potatoes, A nice change to a dinner staple , These taste WONDERFUL! I followed Stuckinarut’s advice and only used 1 can of broth WITH garlic added so I didn’t add any extra I drained too much out and had to add butter which was very yummy I also added pepper I can’t wait to share this recipe with my friends! Thanks so much for posting!

    Combine Ingredients in Large Saucepan.

    Bring to a Boil; Reduce Heat and Simmer About 10 Minutes or Until Potatoes Are Tender.

    Drain, Reserving Broth.

    Add Garlic Powder, If You Want, and Then Mash Potatoes With as Much Broth as You Like Until You Attain Desired Consistency.
