Chicken Meatballs For Spaghetti and Meatballs,Added additional spices, because they seemed bland. With the extra spices they were very good.,I tried these to do something different with the ground chicken (which we enjoy frequently). As so many commented, it is a GREAT base recipe. However, I generally use every recipe as a “base” recipe, as we all have certain preferences in our individual tastes. I wanted to say Kudos, and Thanks for sharing this recipe! (We add ground cayenne peppers, and a few other spices, due to our personal preferences. A big hit, my husband even asked if we could have this on a regular basis.)
