Chicken ‘N Rice Casserole (With Artichokes and Peas), Just found this recipe, so have not tried it yet It is my kind of dinner – all in one pot and sounds so good!, This casserole lacked flavor I found the brown color of it to be very unappealing The peas did not keep their green color I did not care for this dish at all , Very flavorful, comfort food casserole used 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into strips instead of the chicken thighs

Heat a Tablespoon of Oil in a 5 Qt Dutch Oven and Add Chicken. |
