Directions
Chicken or Turkey Salad,This is very good served over a bed of lettuce or as a sandwich. It’s a good way to use up left over turkey at Thanksgiving. I am basing prep and cook time on using left over meat. Cook time is actually the chill time.,I made this the other day, it was great. I didn’t have poultry seasoning so used lemon pepper and it turned to the best turkey salad I ever made. I do not have a photo.,This was delicious! I did chop the turkey a bit in my food processor as I don’t like big chunks. The addition of the poultry seasoning was brilliant. I will totally make this again.

Combine Chicken and Celery in Bowl. |

Mix Salad Dressing (used Miracle Whip), Salt, Poultry Seasoning, Onion Salt and Pepper. |
