Chicken Pattie Sandwiches,One of my family’s absolute favorites. Perfect for a quick lunch or dinner. Everyone who has tried them loves them! I don’t have the exact measurements of anything except the chicken, but it’s pretty basic.,These were excellent!!! used onion crackers (crushed) in place of the breadcrumbs in the mix as well as Caverder,s spice and season salt. I did coat the patties in breadcrumbs. They were so easy to make up and had a great flavor. Loved them….. thank-you
