Chicken Pesto,This was my daughter’s favorite dish (along with some of her friends). She enjoyed it so much that we had to make it a weekly recipe.,A home run. Served it with green beans and angel hair pasta. My chef husband loved it. I cooked it for 50 minutes and the breasts were perfectly cooked and tender. When baking chicken breasts I always cut into cutlets and pound them with a meat mallet. When they are all the same thickness they turn out perfectly.,There are only 2 of us to eat this. Maybe 3 if our sister in law came over. So if I cut the chicken to 2 chicken breasts will the cook time be the same? As well as any other ingredients? Thanks for any help.
