Chicken Rice a Roni Casserole, A girl at work brought this to a potluck, and it didn’t last long I don’t normally eat rice a roni, but I love this!, I sauteed an onion and a package of mushrooms, and added a cup of sour cream, omitting the pepper and celery I added buttered breadcrumbs with shredded mozzarella for the topping It was delicious and there was a fight over who would take the leftovers for lunch the next day!, Very good Needed a recipe to use a large amount of left over Rice a Roni, found this, it was great Comfort food!
