Directions
Chicken Rice Casserole, A great use for leftover chicken or turkey. Uses no Cream of Whatever soup. A creamy wonderful one dish meal of chicken, rice ‘n peas, topped off with a mixture of bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese and baked until golden brown., I don’t understand the great reviews. This was terrible! The thyme was over powering. Went into the trash and made frozen pizza instead., I was skeptical that this would have much flavor but it was DELICIOUS! I followed recipe but used Jasmine rice, added 1c. Chopped par boiled broccoli and 1 t. Garlic powder. The only bad thing was that it was only 4 servings. There were 3 of us & only one person got to have 2nds!
