Chicken Souvlaki Kabobs,This is excellent served with pita bread, a garlicky tzaziki and a crisp, green salad. The marinade can also be used with veal.,I am gonna try it very soon . By “1/4 tsp salt and pepper” you meant 1/4 tsp salt + 1/4 tsp pepper ? Or you meant salt and pepper combined its 1/4 tsp ?,Wow! This was SO delicious! Some inadvertent modifications I made: I only had smoked paprika, so used it. I doubled the garlic. Couldn’t find savory, so I left it out. Forgot the white vinegar! Left everything else the same, and marinated 4 hours. Cooked on skewers, over propane. WAS SO DELICIOUS!!! Am making again tonite!
