    I made this last week. Tweeked it a bit by using a tsp of fresh thyme instead of basil and 1 tsp of dry Italian seasoning. Loved it. Today I am using a version of this with hamburger and using cream of mushroom soup instead of the cream of chicken--try it, you'll like it. used both as pot pie stew and served with hot buttered biscuits.     Cook Chicken and Set Aside.

    Melt 1/4 Cup of Margarine in Pot; Add Flour Until It Becomes a Thick Paste.

    Add Milk Until It Becomes a Thick Sauce Stirring Constantly.
