Chicken Stir Fry, A delicious, healthy, substantial meal. Very colourful.Prep time includes marinating time., Finally, a chinese food recipe that I can make! I have been trying and trying to make decent chinese and this recipe is golden. It could use a little more kick, maybe a little red pepper or something. Next time I’ll add more garlic and ginger, but the chicken was fantastic, the veggies were too. used noodles instead of rice. All in all a total winner! I would order this.
