Chicken Suiza Cornbread Bake, A wonderful Mexican inspired casserole I got this one from my aunt She’s been making this for years, and it’s one of my uncles favorites, and he usually doesn’t like Mexican cuisine!, I have made this recipe for years and my kids absolutely love it It’s also a crowd please at office potlucks Over the years I have only made one modification to it and that is to add the whole can of green chills into the topping instead of the recommended 2 tbls , I add in a whole can of diced green chills instead of 2 tbls
