Chicken Tater Tot Casserole, This dish is so easy to make & kids are sure to love it., I doubled the recipe, added half the tots in the recipe, then layered the rest on top for texture, So I made it a little differently. I put some tots on the bottom of the pan, and I baked them at 350 while I was mixing my ingredients and SHREDDING I really just broke apart the diced chicken because I dont like big pieces of chicken the chicken. I also added some garlic powder, a can of green beans and a can and a half of corn instead of using peas which worked better for my family, then I topped with more tots and cheese. The tots on the bottom kind of made a base with the mixture poured on top of it and it was VERY good while the tots on top still got brown and crispy! Considering maybe adding rice inside the casserole for next time!
