Chicken Thighs With Roasted Apples and Garlic,From Cooking Light The apples create a flavorful chunky sauce. Feel free to leave bits of peel on the apples to make this rustic dish even more colorful.,Chicken was bland and dry. Apples were soggy.,Wonderful! Based on other reviews I modified the cooking time and temp – 425 for 35 minutes, and I also added an onion as suggested. I also switched out fresh garlic and sage for dried as I didn’t have any on hand. Super yummy and will definitely make this again!
