Chicken Tikka Masala,Absolutely gorgeous chicken curry.,I followed the directions exactly and it turned out perfect, nice and spicy. The sauce is great on rice. Thanks for the recipe!,Great recipe! I also added turmeric, tbs of honey and a splash of lemon juice. Served over white rice seasoned w/turmeric. Made a vegetarian version using firm tofu and brown rice for the hubby. Loved It! Peel and Roughly Chop the Garlic and Ginger. |

Put the Tomatoes, Garlic, Ginger and Yoghurt Into a Blender or Food Processor and Process Until the Mixture Is Smooth. |
