Chicken Tortilla Soup,This soup is quick to make, flavorful, and filling! Serve with warm corn bread or tortillas. This also freezes well.,I love this soup! It has become a family favorite. Idk when it was posted but I think Ive been using it for well over a year now. I make it just how the recipe says. If weve been bad with food for too many days, I make this and we eat it for a day or 2. It makes our tummys happy and lets us burn off those bad calories.,Didn’t add the avocado because couldn’t find a ripe one. Made it a bit too spicy so i added lemon juice and ketchup to cut out the spice, next time I make i will try it with ground beef and see how it turns out. Couldn’t find hominy but it was fine without.

In a Medium Stock Pot, Saute Onion and Garlic in Oil. |

Stir in Chili Powder, Oregano/Italian Seasoning, Tomatoes, Broth and Water. |
