Steam Broccoli & Cauliflower For 25 Minutes. |

Boil Carrots Until Tender, Then Cut Diagonally. |

Stir Onions Into Olive Oil in Saute Pan; Heat Until Translucent. |

Chop Broccoli & Cauliflower Coarsely With Knife and Place in 9x13 Baking Dish. |
