4 tablespoons butter or 4 tablespoons margarine

    I was super upset when Olive Garden stopped serving this, so Im glad I can make it at home. It definitely tastes the same as olive gardens. I cook my pasta in the sauce and add a cup of chicken stock to the sauce to cook the pasta and and extra half cup of wine. Cooking it in a Dutch oven is great too.

    Chicken Vino Bianco – Tastes Just Like Olive Garden, Wanted to have a recipe that tasted just like Olive Garden’s dish that I could use at home., I was super upset when Olive Garden stopped serving this, so Im glad I can make it at home. It definitely tastes the same as olive gardens. I cook my pasta in the sauce and add a cup of chicken stock to the sauce to cook the pasta and and extra half cup of wine. Cooking it in a Dutch oven is great too., Nearly zero flavor! Tastes nothing like Olive Gardens. I quit going to Olive Garden when they quit serving this dish and was excited to try this one….huge dissapointment!

    Heat Oil in Skillet on Med-High Heat.

    Lightly Dredge Chicken Breats in Flour, Season With Salt and Pepper and Brown Sides in Skillet and Remove Onto Plate Until Later.

    Stir in Onions, Garlic, and Butter, Cook Until Tender; Then Add Mushrooms and Cook Until Golden.

    Stir in Wine and Bring to a Simmer.

    Return Chicken to the Pan, and Cook Over Med-High Heat Until Chicken Is Done; Add Tomatoes and Cook Until Tender.

    Serve Over Cooked Fetticuine or Liguine Noodles.
